Season-based home maintenance with lawn care or snow removal, plus one HVAC visit per subscribed season.

  • The Basic Plan is available as two separate seasonal packages designed to provide reliable, affordable home maintenance throughout the year. Each season includes outdoor care, one HVAC maintenance visit, and exclusive member discounts specific to that season.

    Homeowners may subscribe to either season independently or combine both for continuous year-round coverage. Each season functions as its own 6-month plan with its own included services and perks.

  • Included Services

    1. Lawn Care

    • Weekly or bi-weekly mowing

    • Trimming around fences, walkways, and garden edges

    • Blow-off of driveways, decks, patios, and other hard surfaces

    2. One HVAC Maintenance Visit (Any System)

    Each subscribed season (Lawn Care or Snow Removal) includes one HVAC maintenance visit, and homeowners may choose any heating or cooling system they own, such as:

    • Furnace

    • Central air conditioner

    • Heat pump or ductless split

    • Gas or propane fireplace

    Maintenance visit includes:

    • Safety and performance inspection

    • Cleaning of essential components

    • Operational and electrical testing

    • Efficiency check

    • Basic filter replacement (labour included; filter material not included)

    • Written maintenance summary and recommendations

    3. Seasonal Member Discounts (Summer Only)

    During the active summer season, members receive seasonal discounts on:

    • HVAC repairs and service work

    • Home Maintenance Services (repairs, minor fixes, seasonal tasks)

    Discounts do not apply to renovation work.

    4. Optional Summer Add-Ons

    Members receive priority access and preferred pricing on services such as:

    • Mulch delivery or garden bed refresh

    • Spring/fall cleanup (when scheduled during the season)

    1. Snow Removal

    • One visit per snowfall event

    • Driveway clearing

    • Walkway clearing available as an add-on

    Important:
    There are no return visits for municipal plow windrows.

    2. One HVAC Maintenance Visit

    Each subscribed season includes one maintenance visit on the homeowner’s choice of:

    • Furnace

    • Gas or propane fireplace

    • Heat pump or ductless system

    • Central air conditioner (if preferred during winter)

    Maintenance includes the same checklist as the Summer Plan.

    3. Seasonal Member Discounts (Winter Only)

    Members receive seasonal discounts on:

    • HVAC repairs and service work

    • Home Maintenance Services (repairs, minor fixes, seasonal tasks)

    Discounts do not apply to renovation work.

  • 1. Seasonal Commitment & Cancellation

    Seasonal plans operate as 6-month packages; however, clients may cancel at any time.
    If cancellation occurs after included services have been completed, the value of those services—calculated at standard rates—will be invoiced.

    2. Payment Options

    • Monthly payments

    • Full-season upfront payment at a discounted rate

    3. Seasonal Perk Validity

    Seasonal discounts and priority access apply only within the active dates of each plan:

    • Summer Season: Valid May 1 – October 31

    • Winter Season: Valid November 1 – April 30

    Perks expire at the end of each respective season.

    4. HVAC Maintenance

    • Each subscribed season includes one HVAC maintenance visit

    • Clients may choose any system they own

    • Filter replacement labour is included; filter materials are not included

    5. Snow Removal Limitations

    • One visit per snowfall event

    • Walkway clearing optional

    • No return visits for plow banks

    The Premium Plan includes a full annual maintenance visit for every HVAC system within your single-family home. Examples include:

    • Furnace

    • Central air conditioner

    • Heat pump or ductless split

    Maintenance visit includes:

    • Safety and performance inspection

    • Cleaning of essential components

    • Operational and electrical testing

    • Efficiency check

    All systems must be documented in the Service Agreement at enrollment.
    Additional structures or unusual equipment may require a custom quote.

    2. Annual Home Safety & Comfort Check

    A full walk-through inspection designed to identify safety concerns and upcoming maintenance needs. The inspection includes:

    • Smoke and CO alarm testing

    • Basic plumbing fixture check for visible leaks

    • Visual of electrical

    • Ground-level exterior inspection (roofline, gutters, grading)

    • Furnace/utility room safety review

    • Venting and airflow concerns

    • General home condition observations

    • Opportunity for homeowners to discuss questions or issues

    A written report is provided after the visit.

    3. Premium Member Discounts

    Premium members receive:

    • 10% off HVAC repairs and service work

    • 10% off Home Maintenance Services (repairs, minor fixes, seasonal tasks)

    • 10% off renovation services

    Discounts apply only to services provided by Wilkinson Home Solutions and do not apply to materials supplied by third parties.

    4. Priority Scheduling & Short-Notice Response

    Premium members receive preferred scheduling for all maintenance and repair visits, including:

    • Faster booking windows

    • Priority during peak seasons

    • Short-notice response when availability allows

    This helps ensure timely service and reduced downtime during urgent needs.

    5. Access to Seasonal Add-Ons

    Premium members may add optional seasonal services at preferred member pricing, including:

    • Weekly lawn care (summer)

    • Snow removal (winter)

    • Walkway clearing

    • Spring and fall cleanups

    • Filter delivery or subscription options

    • Seasonal or vacation property check-ins

    Add-ons are optional and based on geographic and scheduling availability.

  • PLAN POLICIES

    1. Cancellation Policy

    Clients may cancel the Premium Plan at any time.
    If cancellation occurs after included services have been completed, the value of those services—calculated at standard rates—will be invoiced to the client.

    This approach ensures flexibility while maintaining fairness.

    2. Payment Options

    Clients may choose:

    • Monthly payments

    • Annual upfront payment at a discounted rate

    3. Equipment Eligibility

    Annual maintenance applies to HVAC systems located within a single-family dwelling.
    Additional structures (garages, workshops, bunkies, rental suites) may require separate pricing.
    All equipment must be listed in the Service Agreement.

    4. Service Area Limitations

    Outdoor add-ons (lawn care, snow removal, walkway clearing) are available only within defined service areas and at the discretion of Wilkinson Home Solutions.

    5. Filter Materials

    Labour for basic filter replacement is included.
    Filter materials are not included and may be supplied by the homeowner or purchased separately.
